My goal as the owner of a Miles Realty Services is to make certain that no detail is overlooked, that you receive objective advice (even if it’s not what you want to hear) that your listing is optimized for the internet, and that you obtain the best pricing possible with expert service and advice. Too often, people looking to sell their property have no idea what, if anything, their agent is doing for them.
I have a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. In addition to running a real estate brokerage, I have worked for over three years with a new home builder Bonadelle Neighborhoods. I am familiar with almost all deals and obstacles there can be.

For instance you need to be in a specific school district but you want a home with a large backyard. Perhaps homes that are located in that school district weren’t built with big back yards. These are the questions we ask to get to the nitty-gritty of what you as a buyer are looking for. We will find you the best home based on your buying criteria.
