I have a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. In addition to running a real estate brokerage, I have worked for over three years with a new home builder Bonadelle Neighborhoods. I am familiar with almost all deals and obstacles there can be.

Our business is helping you find your dream home and we take our business very seriously.  Locating the home of your dreams is exciting but it doesn’t just happen overnight.  To properly determine our clients wants and needs in a home we assist them in completing our buyer profile which helps us help our clients.  Once we have the information on what you want in a home as a buyer then we go to work to locate your perfect match.
To find the perfect home you need to know what you’re needs and wants are.  Needs aren’t wants and wants aren’t needs, there’s a big difference between the two.  For instance you need to be in a specific school district but you want a home with a large backyard.  Perhaps homes that are located in that school district weren’t built with big back yards.  These are the questions we ask to get to the nitty-gritty of what you as a buyer are looking for.  We will find you the best home based on your buying criteria.
